| Field trip to Campobello Island |
We just wrapped up another fine week in Downeast Maine with a plein air painting workshop. The weather was near-perfect, except for one day of badly-needed rain. (We have had very, very little rain all summer, but thankfully, no wildfires.) The rain day gave us the opportunity to adjust paintings made earlier in the week, so the rain was welcome in many ways.
Students hailed from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, Quebec and Nova Scotia. We had such a great time, I'm sure our paths will cross again.
